Just finished drafting the script today and will do the final shooting this weekend, with post-production completed by April 21. The City of Philadelphia Department of Recreation has proposed cutting 68 of 81 pools. We want to form a Delaware Valley Aquatic Council to include all aquatic sports. At present swimming doesn't have the clout to overrule the City. Can you help with funding ideas and organizational help? Any idea's would be appreciated.
